ABOUT MONTENEGRO
Montenegro is a small country that is set in the Balkan Peninsula and is considered to be the last undiscovered place of Europe. The warm Adriatic sea, splendid lakes, and high mountain peaks. It is a place with untouched nature where outdoor enthusiast can find their share of activities. But also regarding the cultural treasure, it is one of the most unique places, seldom can you find a country with different religions coexisting and creating a mixed heritage like in Montenegro.
Tour Details
During our 4 day tour, we take you to see the most important highlights of the country. We start from Podgorica or Tivat and go to see picturesque cities full of history such as Virpazar, Old Bar, Cetinje, Kotor, Budva, Žabljak. Discover our lakes, rivers, and sea, and hike around Durmitor and Biogradska Gora national parks. Take some activities off your bucket list during your tour! With us, you have the opportunity to take part in rafting on Tara river, passing Nevidio canyon, horse riding, paragliding, cycling, horse riding, and many more.

Itineraries
Day 1
Arrival at the airport (Podgorica or Tivat). Accommodation in 3 or 4-star hotel in Podgorica. City sightseeing
Meet with our representative and we will welcome you to the airport (Podgorica or Tivat) and then head towards Podgorica. We start a panoramic sightseeing tour with a guide, after which we will head to the hotel. Check-in. Meeting at the agreed time, and start easy walking through the city accompanied by a guide – 2 hours. We start the tour from Republic Square – the main city square. We will pass through Bokeška Street with nice cafes and an urban look, a favorite place for young people to go out. We will see the Millennium Bridge that represents the visual identity of the city. We will visit the Sastavci or the Skylines – the oldest bridge in Podgorica, according to the historical facts that were established during Roman rule. We will visit the Clock Tower and the Old Town located in the very heart of Podgorica which preserves rich historical and cultural heritage. The most beautiful example of architecture remaining from the Turkish period is the Clock Tower, which is a symbol of Podgorica. It still dominates the area of Old Town with its height. Then we will continue towards the Centre of Contemporary Art – Kruševac – the former winter mansion of King Nikola I Petrović. Then we continue our walk to the Temple of the Resurrection of Christ, the third-largest Orthodox temple in the world. In the end, we visit St. George Church which dates from the IX-XI century; belongs to the oldest active worship of the Christian chapel in the area of Montenegro and beyond. Back to the hotel. Day 2
Cetinje (Old Royal Capital) – Lovćen mausoleum – Saint Stefan - Budva
After Breakfast. Start the tour at the agreed time. Driving towards Cetinje (Old Royal Capital) – 30 min. Arrival at Cetinje. City sightseeing: Cetinje Monastery, Ćipuri church, the former Njegoš’s residence Biljarda, King Nikola’s Museum, the Presidential Palace, the Royal Theater “Zeta house”, the monument of Ivan Crnojević –. Stairs to Njegoš’s mausoleum also lead through the tunnel through the mountain, and after a few minutes walk you arrive at the “sky under the clouds”, to the Jezierski – Lake peak, from where all around you is provided as in the palm – 1 hour. The continuing drive to Saint Stefan – 1 hour 20 min. We will take a break for a lunch at the famous restaurant on the way – 1h.Photo break and enjoy the beautiful view of Saint Stefan from the Adriatic highway viewpoint. Free time for city sightseeing – 1h.Driving towards Budva – 20 min. Arrival at Budva. Accompanied by a guide, you will see the Old Town, which unites with unity, walk in the winding streets, enjoy the view of the late Middle Ages squares that form a whole with solid ramparts, their towers, and city gates, Orthodox and Catholic churches – around 1 hour. Return. Free time. Overnight stay. Overnight 4* Hotel
Day 3
Tara ‘’white water’’ rafting
Departure in the early morning hours, driving towards Šćepan Polje. Duration of the journey: 2 – 3 hours (depending on the place – city of departure). Arriving and start rafting. Preparation for rafting – fitting with neoprene clothing and footwear, safety belts, helmets (set for Go Pro camera) – 30 minutes. You can take the camera and mobile phones with you because there is a safe, waterproof bag in your boats where you can leave your stuff during rapids, and use them during breaks as well as in quiet parts of the river. Your adventure begins with short and exciting driving by off-road vehicles to the starting point of the rafting tour “Brštanovica” (approx. 40 min). When you arrive, the skipper will give you all instructions that you need for rafting, so the important thing is to listen to him and be careful what he will say. Also, he will inform you during the rafting before each rapid. Rafting with pauses for swimming and photography at the most beautiful places and unavoidable most beautiful waterfall on the Tara (3 – 4 hours). Tara River seems to have white restless water stairs with beautiful, peaceful pools between rapids that allow you to rest, take a photo of its unique landscapes, or try out swimming in crystal clear but very cold water. Back to the camp. Optional Traditional Montenegrin– approx. 1h 30 min. Almost all products are of organic origin, purchased from local breeders and manufacturers. Back to the hotel. Free time. Overnight stay Hotel 4 * Budva .
Day 4
Transfer to the airport
Breakfast. Check out. Spare time. Transfer to the airport (Podgorica or Tivat) or port (Bar/Kotor/Tivat). The end of the arrangement.
